LPTA would like to congratulate Capt. Andrew McLaughlin on his retirement from the 2nd Precinct. We thank him for his outstanding service, commitment and dedication over the last eight years in keeping our community safe. We may see him buzzing around the community and probably on the golf course enjoying himself. We wish him the best of everything in his retirement.
